This is Jeff.
He keeps things in tip top condition around the Clinic. Jeff is our Handyman, Electrician, Plumber, Grounds Keeper, Shoulder-to-lean-on, Chief Kennel Employee, & a Dogs-Best-Friend.
We are so lucky to have him.

We our very proud of our Friendly & Knowledgeable staff. Our girls at the Front Desk will greet you and your pet with smiles (and maybe a treat). Our Lobby is large and comfortable, with magazines, a television, and a fish tank (which even the dogs & cats enjoy). But we'll be working hard to make sure you don't spend too much time there. Please understand that in a hospital environment we do get emergency cases that can set our schedule back. We try very hard to keep things flowing smoothly. We really appreciate your understanding. The Veterinary Technicians, or Vet Techs, will be assisting the doctor and guiding you through your appointment or check-in procedures. Feel free to ask us any questions, because we'll be asking you plenty. Our Exam rooms are equipped with adjustable exam tables, televisions (you might see 'Milo & Otis'), brochures on various products we carry, and much more. We treat your pet as if it were our own & we want everyone's experience to be a pleasant one. Behind the Exam Rooms is our Treatment Room & Digital Radiology unit. Our Treatment area is quite large & houses alot of our equipment, medications, & medical machines. We want to provide your pet with the best medical services we can. Preventive Care- SAVC performs annual wellness exams, pediatrics, full customized vaccine proticals for dogs and cats, senior care with "Senior Wellness Programs", and intestinal parasite examinations. SAVC is now empowered by VetPlan with Vet Plan Wellness Health map: Based upon your pet’s lifestyle and risk factors, we will customize a checkup and treatment schedule for you and your pet to help maintain a long and healthy life.

Client Education- We provide clients with the most current information regarding medications, vaccinations, zoonosis, new puppy and kitten materials, and training.

Dentistry- All pets are recommended to have their teeth professionally cleaned on a yearly basis. Dentistries include scaling and polishing, fluoride treatment, dental sealants, simple crown reconstruction, and extractions if necessary.

Surgery- We perform a wide range of surgical procedures, from spays and neuters, basic and advanced soft tissue reconstruction, to advanced orthopedics like placing pins, wires, and even external fixators for fracture repair. Hands-on and electronic monitoring help ensure a safe anesthetic experience, and our surgical staff provides premium care for your pet before, during, and after surgery.

Our in-house laboratory saves time and money in getting the answers you need regarding your pets health. We can run In-House Urinalysis, Mini Panel, Extensive Panel, Electrolytes, Fluid Acid Base, Fecal, Heartworm Checks, Combo Tests, Parvo Tests, Radiographs, ECG's, Blood-pressures, Skin Cytology, CBC Slides, PCV & Total Protein Values and much more!

Our in-house x-ray equipment provides basic (thoracic, abdominal and orthopedic) to advanced radiology, including GI series and fistulagrams.

Our in-house equipment include pulse-oxymetry, blood pressure, temperature, end-tidal CO2, plus enhanced ECG for cardiac monitoring. This is all rounded out by access to a board-certified
veterinary cardiologist. In addition, we now have access to cardiac and abdominal ultrasound technology.

Our comprehensive in-house pharmacy provides convenient access to vital medications for your pet. These include heartworm, flea/tick preventatives, and arthritis medications for your older pets too.

There is room for over 65 valued guests at SAVC’s 5-Star Boarding. Basic amenities include twice-daily walks, two meals, medication administration, climate-controlled accommodations and lots of tender loving care.
Upscale amenities can include lambswool rugs, extra walks, play time, brushings, special food, and catnip. Daycare services include our 5-Star Boarding amenities while your pet is pampered just for the day.

All Dogs are walked, on a leash, twice a day in our large, fenced-in backyard. Extra Walks are available with our upgrade services, as well as Daily Brushing. Chew toys & bones are not permitted for safety reasons.
